CLOSED
SEASON NEWS UPDATE.
Welcome to the
"Team Triple MMM Racing" brand new website. The new site is packed
with info on the rider / team and bike, so please spend some time
browsing through the pages. A very big thank you goes to Sean for
all the hard work he has put into this.
Team Triple MMM Racing will be
competing again in the MRO 250GP championship in 2005. We aim to
go one better this season and win the championship. After finishing
2nd in the championship last season, this has to be our main aim
for the year; to
build on last seasons successes.
We are also hoping to compete in
the British 250cc World Championship Grand Prix
with a wildcard entry this season. We had hoped to do this in 2004
but unfortunately were unable to obtain the backing to be able to
do this until very late in the day. Unfortunately we put in our
application just a few days too late and
refused entry.
Plans are currently underway for
the new season. Some improvements for the bike have been planned.
These include fitment of some lightweight fairings and a special
rear shock absorber from WP suspension is on the cards.
This year the MRO Championship
is over 8 rounds, each round is contested over two days. Day 1 is
reserved for practice and qualifying, and day 2 has a practice session
and a good length of race.
Team Triple MMM Racing are
proud to announce that it has linked up with Duques Garage Guernsey,
who will be proving some much needed support for this seasons race
effort.
