| TRIPLE MMM RACING MISS SOME CHAMPIONSHIP ROUNDS. After the great results at Pembrey where Andy won 4 races from 4 starts, we have had to miss the last few rounds due to funding problems. This was a real shame, as we were within striking distance of the championship lead. These missed rounds now mean that the New Era Superclub is beyond our reach, so we have now decided to pretty much accept this season is almost finished for us. We will now race maybe one or two more rounds this year. We have already booked in for the MRO meeting at Brands Hatch GP circuit mid September. It will be good to catch up with some of our old MRO adversaries and do battle again. As we have not done any MRO's this year, we will be treating the meeting as a chance to do some testing, and try out some more engine settings ready for next season. The crash at the last meeting of 2005 really soaked up a lot of this season's budget (the damage totalled over £4000), which is why this season has been so hard. However, next year should be a different story. The ACU has announced a new National championship, called the "ACU 250GP star championship", which is looking like being a very good championship to ride in. Apparently there may be a couple of rounds at British Superbike meetings which would be very nice. News of the MRO 250 GP races at Brands Hatch will appear here soon after the racing, so please check back soon.
